Worked great. Never had signal issues. Easy to pickup at airport and return.

The pocket WiFi we rent turns out to be working very well. And the WiFi pick-up and return procedure is easy to carry out.
The only thing that may need to pay a little attention is that the included short cable that connects the rechargeable battery to the WiFi doesn’t fit into the rechargeable battery outlet.

We had a great experience using Japan Wireless. We couldn't have done our trip without it! We will definitely use it again next time we're in Japan! Thank you!

Super easy to pick up and use. Great coverage in all areas of Japan. Great battery life, it lasted all day with heavy use from 2 devices. Super easy to return in the paid envelope with postage paid! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Don't travel around Japan without it!

We had wonderful reception our entire trip, for multiple devices. we travelled all over the main land and to the Okinawan Islands. Will use again .

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Delivered to my hotel. Drop off at the airport on leaving Japan is very simple.

Worked well while in Japan.

We encountered an issue during first day but your team has responded asap as soon as I sent an email

Keep up the good work!!

Easy to use and cheap!
