Très bien facile et

It worked perfectly-- it really allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying too much about trivial matters such as phone bills. Thank you!

We hired this router for a three week trip and it worked like a dream. Simple instructions, strong signal, long battery time, good value for money. I will definitely use this again.

easy to set up and worked perfectly!

Rented premium WiFi for 10 days and had no issues. I had great coverage in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. It lasted the entire day without needings to re-charge. It was really convenient as it was mailed to my hotel prior to check-in and I just had to drop it in the mail in the provided envelope on our return flight at Haneda airport. Would definitely rent again!!

Great service without any issues or disconnection. Easy use and enought battery life for a full day. I will use this service again.

Nice to have Wi-Fi for directions and what’s app in Japan

ordered, had delivered to hotel when we got there, used for 30 days with NO issues and dropped din mail slot to return. Better than our US coverage and never dropped out.

We visit Japan multiple times a year and always use Japan Wireless for our pocket wifi. We use pocket wifi for streaming video on our tv in Japan so the data speed needs to be fast and unlimited. Japan Wireless is the only pocket wifi service that we've found in Japan with truly unlimited data as other services throttle down their wifi speeds to an unacceptable speed once certain data limits are exceeded. Also, great service with easy return.

we travelled through Tokyo - Kanazawa - Kyoto and Osaka regions and did day trips to nearby rural areas. The coverage was reliable and fast. We found though that the battery lasted 5-7 hours only, so you will need carry a charger.
Excellent customer service: the pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel before our arrival and we just dropped it off in a mailbox in the provided envelope at the end of the trip. Very easy, very little time or effort required on our part.
I would rent the same again.
