Super reliable i was able to use my phone everywhere

It was very easy process to pick up from Haneda ( and return there to in the convenient post box). The overall performance of the equipment was excellent with good reception in all areas, even the more remote ones. Having the back up battery was really useful as you could be confident that you wouldn't ruin it of juice during those long days. We were very happy to have picked Japan Wireless

It was amazing experience

I would highly recommend the Japan Wireless portable wifi. We had great help from it during our 16 day stay in Japan. We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Takamatsu and the island of Naoshima and experienced no problems with the connection or otherwise. We were three people sharing the wifi which worked great. An excellent and price worhty service in my opinion.

Relatively easy to get started, though adding the instruction that you have to restart your phone would have been nice. Decent enough speed for 4G.

3 week trip across rural Japan, no problems at all.

Easy to install with QR code (remember to print it before leaving your country). Automatic activation. It worked very well for the whole periods I stayed in Japan. Connection fast.
The only negative thing is that my regular line didn’t work during that time so I wasn’t available for regular calls for the intere period.

Excellent service; it worked flawlessly the entire time, and the battery life lasted all day.
