Product worked well for a family of 4. Traveled to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka and was able to have connectivity for the entire trip. Battery lasted all day. Just be sure to charge every night.

I was concerned because I was departing from a different airport, but the included shipping envelope made drop off easy as there was a post box near where I was staying. I had rented 2 mobile wifi for my group of 4 which was perfect for when we split up.

We used this during our recent trip to Japan and had a great experience. The kiosk was easy to locate upon arrival, making pickup quick and hassle-free. The pocket WiFi was impressively reliable and had excellent battery life—it lasted the entire day without needing the power bank that came with the rental. We’ll definitely use their service again on our next visit!

Worked well for us..

I am so glad we decided to get a portable wireless WiFi when traveling to Japan! It was necessary to use Google maps without incurring cell phone charges (we stayed on airplane mode). We did not use the translator I ordered so can’t speak about it. The WiFi kept its charge for about 15 hours and an overnight charge for it back to 100%. Easy to return in the envelope provided from our last hotel. The connectivity was better than the hotel WiFi. The WiFi worked everywhere we went even in train tunnels. Highly recommend!

Service very important and so good

We always use Japan Wireless whenever we visit Japan. The pick up and drop off are quick and easy, and the WiFi is small and works reliably. We definitely recommend!
