Good product and good service!

Very helpful to have pocket WiFi in Japan while traveling to different locations during our 16 days on Japan mainland and Okinawa. Kept us in touch and helped with public transportation and later driving in Okinawa. Pocket WiFi made traveling saver and helped us feel confident in our travels

I recently rented a Japan Wireless pocket WiFi for a 19 day trip in Japan. My girlfriend and I shared the device. Pick-up at the airport was fast and easy, as was connecting to the device. WiFi service throughout Japan was excellent! Battery life was also very good, but it was nice that the plan included a charger. Using the pre-paid postage envelope provide by JW, I dropped off the pocket WiFi at Haneda before boarding our flight home. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I recently traveled to Japan and decided to rent a pocket WiFi device to stay connected throughout my trip — and I’m so glad I did. The service was seamless from start to finish and made navigating, translating, and staying in touch incredibly easy.

Booking Process:
The online reservation was straightforward and available in English. I appreciated the clear pricing and plan options, including unlimited data. I chose airport pickup at Narita, and the confirmation email had all the details I needed.

Pickup & Return:
Picking up the device was fast and convenient. The rental counter was easy to find at the airport, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Returning the device was just as simple — they provided a prepaid envelope, so I could drop it in any postbox before departure.

Performance:
The WiFi device worked flawlessly across Tokyo, Sendai, Osaka, and even in more remote areas like Saitama. The battery lasted all day (around 10-12 hours), and the connection speed was consistently fast, even when streaming videos or using Google Maps extensively.

Value for Money:
Compared to roaming charges or local SIM hassles, the pocket WiFi was affordable and offered great value. It supported multiple devices, so my travel partner and I were both connected at all times.

Final Verdict:
Highly recommended for anyone traveling in Japan. It gave me peace of mind knowing I had reliable internet access wherever I went.
