I was very satisfied with the service provided by this pocket wifi, it gave internet service without any problem up to 6 users. The consumer support was very timely and useful with initial doubts. Easy to return, although there are not so many post boxes, make sure you know where there is one before you leave.

Excellent WiFi, we travelled Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with a stop in Hakone and found reliable coverage on trains, while on the road, and while walking. DisneySea, too! You need mobile WiFi, more than you think: maps, digital Suica, Google translate, etc. Easy to book, the power bank and USB charger were a nice touch. We returned via included prepaid postal envelope at our last hotel, but there are Japan post boxes pre-security at every terminal in Haneda. Thanks Japan Wireless, we had a wonderful time and stayed connected the entire trip!

The service is very easy to use. Pick up instructions were straightforward. Connectivity was great throughout Japan and return instructions were very simple to follow. I would highly recommend for anybody looking to have reliable Wi-Fi for their trip.
