Everything worked as announced. I ordered it two days in advance and withdraw it from the airport post office of Narita. The wifi is easy to use. It comes with additional battery. I had to give it back earlier than expected and without asking for it I was refunded the days I had not used, even though it was a prepaid package. Perfect and honest service!

Order process is so easy. The Wifi had already arrived at my adress so I could start immediately. Very intuitive to use. Will definitely order again.

Japan Wireless has a great service for pocket wifi; we used it for our trip to Tokyo, and we couldn't have asked for more. The little pack with spare battery and cables was very handy, and the little machine was portable and lasted all day before needing a change of battery or recharging. As for the instructions, they were clear as day, and the retrieval/return was straightforward, with a friendly guy at the airport when we arrived, and an envelope included to post everything back. That was so simple and easy, and we were very pleased to get a confirmation e-mail once it had been returned and received. The correspondence was all very helpful and clear, even with some travel tips and sights to see, which was a nice touch. We're even using them again for our next trip. Arigatoo gozaimasu!
