It was easy to set up, use and great

Excellent Wi-Fi through out the whole trip

Best experience possible. Hassle free and as promised.

Amazing! Such a great service to have.

This was a great service, delivered and waiting at my hotel before I got there, a replacement shipped urgently when I had a bit of trouble with the charging on the first unit, and easy returns. Highly recommend this over free wifi!

When I go to Japan, I always use this company. It is always easy to pick up from either airport or hotel I stay. When it is done, just drop to the mail box. I highly recommend to use this company.

Very easy to use service. Battery life and service were good for my two weeks. Great price.

Todo el tramite fue excelente. Sin ningun contratiempo. El equipo funcionó muy bien. Siempre tuve internet.

This was worth the rental. Worked everywhere and the pickup and drop off was so easy. Highly recommend.

Recommend to rent from Japan wireless. Very reliable and easy to use. Wished the portable charger was working too but luckily we brought our own do we didn’t need the one provided.
