We used the business wifi for 2 weeks. Had it delivered to our hotel in Osaka and returned it in Tokyo at the end of our trip. We never lost signal and the charge lasted all day! We had up to 3/4 devices and it never faltered!

Wifi was great .. absolute essential for travelling around Japan .. don’t know how people find their way around without it .. thanks guys

We ordered the Business Wi-Fi device and had it mailed to our hotel prior to our arrival. The speed and connectivity were excellent, with the four of us connected to it at any one time. The only time we experienced connectivity issues was when our shinkansen went into a tunnel (which made sense). Even in Nagano, we had perfect connectivity. We appreciated that the order included an external battery pack, although we didn't need to use it because the internal one lasted the entire day without issue. We loved how easy it was to return and would use the service again. Thank you!

Was slightly dubious whether I'd need portable WiFi in Japan, but so glad we did, and Japan Wireless was absolutely brilliant. Absolutely no complaints, first class service.

I worked great my entire trip but when I wanted to download a movie late at night just not worked. Beside that I think its a good product. Next time I stick to premium.

Great to have. Stayed connected the whole time we were visiting. Battery life was outstanding. We never had to use the back up battery.
