Excellent network during staying in Japan anywhere work very well net

I was pleased with my wifi box. No problems at all during my three weeks stay in Japan. Received it at my first hotel and sent it back in a letter box at the airport.

We were on an 12 day cruise around Japan and didn't want to rely on local free wifi while on shore; this worked perfectly for us. The wifi box didn't work while we were at sea, or while we were in South Korea, as we expected. The wifi box was considerably cheaper than buying the ship's wifi and was more convenient for contacting family at home

The Premium WIFI worked very well across all the areas we travelled within Japan, It was delivered as requested and it had all the required information to return it. The spare battery provided also came in very handy. A very well thought out product offering which covered all my roaming needs.

Fantastic coverage and no issues

The Pocket Wi Fi I rented from Japan Wireless was easy to pickup and return; was very easy to set up and connect to my and my husband’s phones; was convenient to carry in my small crossover bag; and provided us with convenient WiFi fi service wherever we travelled through Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. I highly recommend it!

Best WiFi package ever used. Needed internet for travel directions constantly and didn't fail me.

Our phones are not suitable e-sims so I ordered the portable Wifi from Japan Wireless. When we arrived at our first hotel, in Tokyo, the package was waiting for us. Very easy to set up and connect to both our phones. An overnight charge covered us for the whole of the next day. It came with a power pack but we never needed it. Excellent connectivity - just a couple of brief outages when we were deep in the subway. Returning via a post box in Haneda airport was also simple. Highly recommended.
