Amazing service, amazing product. As my flight landed after their airport kiosk's opening hours, I opted to have it sent ahead to the hotel. I picked it up at the front desk upon arrival, with a clear set of instructions, all components in good condition, fully charged and ready to go. I used the pocket wifi pretty much the entire day constantly, and yet by the end of the night the battery never dipped below 25% (and even if it did, a handy free-of-charge portable battery pack was provided). The signal only dropped occasionally while using the underground metro, or when climbing up mountains or on the shinkansen (all circumstances understandable). This gadget made my trip so much smoother and more enjoyable, and all for much cheaper than it would have been had I gone through my cell's mobile service provider. I cannot recommend this enough.

Nice product

I went on a month long trip to Japan with my family, and wasted time trying to figure out if my phone was locked or unlocked so I could get a SIM card for it - so I wish someone had just told me to use a pocket wifi right off the bat. Very lightweight, easy set up, good value.

Great internet speed and use of unlimited wifi, easy collection and drop off, easy to use and made our trip very smooth being able to connect whenever required. Additional battery included was very useful.
All positive, highly recommend!

Japan Wireless was so great. The product worked perfectly when I used it and had a long battery life. I didn't even ever need to use the external battery.

A great tool to have infinite wifi in japan while traveling

Great device. Just plug and play.
Delivery came on time.
Did not encounter any problems.

I only used this for three days but always had great coverage and speed and Japan Wireless service is excellent.
