It works as it supposed to in all places we went to such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe. Pick up and return were so easy in the Narita.

Everything worked as promised. Good battery time and supplied extra power bank enabled us to use the WiFi all day. Good capacity (multi-streaming).

Awesome Wifi device!

I ordered the device from the U.K, picked it up at the post office in Narita and returning it via the post box at Kansai at the end of our holiday. It came with simple instructions, a rechargeable spare battery, electrical connections and a return envelope. Using our smartphones we could easily find our way in our Tokyo to Hiroshima travels.

This worked great for us with pick up and drop off at the airport. Quality was extraordinary. We would definitely use Japan Wireless again!

I have rented the same mifi for my trips to Japan a few times. It’s dependable, coverage is great, speed is fast! I used it throughout Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo, and Sapporo. A must have in Japan for directions. Highly recommended.

There's not much to say other that the Premium Wi-Fi works exactly as expected. Will rent it the next time I'm coming to Japan again.
