Picked up upon arrival at the airport and had premium wifi during my entire trip. I was traveling with 3 family members and we were all still able to enjoy the high speed wifi. The pocket wifi came with an outlet charger and a portable charger that came in handy when we were out the entire day. Return was so easy as it came with a return envelope that I dropped in a mailbox conveniently located at the airport right in front of tsa.

Japan Wireless provides me with the best service for 1 month or 3.
Delivery hotel, my apartment or airport pick-up is fine.
Impeccable customer service if there is a technical issue.
I'll continue to use this service.

Pretty fast for cellular and I had service when other family members did not, no issues in Japan at all, from Tokyo to Nagasaki.....

Worked for our whole trip. My boyfriend and I used it every day for two weeks and never ran out of battery once. Even when we were out and about for 10h+.

The WiFi worked flawlessly, even in the remote areas of Shikoku. It was a comfort to be able to bring up Google Maps on our road trip.We had the unit delivered to our hotel in Tokyo, and dropping it off at Hanada was easy. We will definitely use it next t8me.

Easy pickup and drop-off and the price was great. Hotspot worked throughout Japan.

Very Good Condition

The pocket WiFi by Japan Wireless worked great. I had great non-stop internet service throughout Japan. In Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. It even worked perfectly underground in the subway system. I was very impressed. Worth every penny. Thank you.
