Prepaid SIM card works very well. I highly recommend the product, as long as your phone supports it.

This walker was super useful to have along because it meant we could navigate easily with the phone and also look up places to visit if we had extra time. This company was rated at the top of a list I found, based on the battery life, price, speed, etc. I found that this does have a great battery life and it’s pretty great that they include the charger and a lightweight portable charger. I recommend if you want to have a portable charger for phones, etc to carry around (which you might if you’re using your phone for photos and stuff all day), get a portable charger that has multiple charges on it and just take that during the day instead of carrying as much around, and also bring a spare charging cord (for android!) to charge overnight because you only get the one cord for both the walker and the portable charger provided. We also found that some of the hotels we stayed in, the wifi was not as good, so it was great to have this even while we were just in the hotel rooms at the end of the day when we were looking for places to eat. Overall it’s absolutely worth the money spent!

Everything worked impeccable for the entire 21 days. Easy to order, easy to pick up at the airport, worked without any problems the entire trip and easy to hand in at the end. Absolutely no complaints and a must-have for a trip to Japan.

Was always connected 100% of my trip. Never once did it malfunction or even go slow, so I was able to constantly post about my experience. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent Service

A pocket Wi-Fi is a must have when traveling to Japan. Japan Wireless delivered ours to our hotel so it was waiting when we arrived and it included a return mailer that we gave to our front desk when we left. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to carry. Thank you!
