The pocket wifi was waiting for me at my hotel. It was easy to use and worked very well all through Japan. Then easy to put into the pre-addressed envelope and send back prior to flying out. Overall a good experience.

Great product, used by two adults on a 3 weeks trip to japan, worked well everywhere exept in some remote locations on islands.

Best thing I did while visiting Japan was buying a prepaid SIM card.
Service and delivery of SIM card is quick and simple. I never had to worry about relying on free wifi hotspots and slow wifi connecitions at hotels.

For the price i paid, its was a great deal. It never failed over the two weeks that i had it, and it also never fail to deliver enough internet for the 6 devices that at a time our group was using.

If you are visiting Japan, you must get this product! I was able to pick up my MiFi device in Osaka and returned it via post office in Tokyo! Very convenient! Signal strength and battery life is great! Plus, they include a power bank to charge the device throughout the day, so you can always stay connected! It is great for keeping in touch with others, searching for places to go and getting directions! I will definitely order from you again when I come back to Japan for vacation.
