I used this in Osaka and Sapporo and apart from a few places where the signal dropped out, this worked very well and connection speed was fast. The wifi was easy to pick up and drop off. The extra battery charger was very handy but the battery could last me most of the day despite using it consistently. I definitely recommend this for future users.

Very practical and convenient in terms of being picked up and returning the router.

Spent 12 days with the pocketmwifi without issues. I had a good connection for thr most time and never ran out of battery within 8 hrs of usage.

Will use again whenever I'm in Japan.

I ordered this wifi dongle online and it was at my hotel when I arrived. It was easy to set up and use, it was invaluable as I travelled around, I loved having it. And easy to return at post box at the airport

Very satisfied with the pocket WiFi which worked perfectly our whole stay. Pick up and return are very easy thanks to the detailed instructions supplied by Japan Wireless. Would highly recommend it to any tourist travelling in Japan.

Though we were able to have WiFi in many locations without the device - hotels, tourist attractions, etc., the device was very helpful as we traveled between cities. We encountered very few areas where coverage was spotty.
