This wireless wifi has been really helpful during our trip in Japan. We’ve been to Kyoto, Osaka, Sapporo and Tokyo and didn’t experience any trouble. You can literally use it the whole day with one charging only and it caters really fast internet connection. Rental fee is at reasonable price as well.

Two thumbs up for service and convenience! Dōmo arigatōgozaimashita!

Wonderful product rental! I’ve rented this device twice and it was easy to use.

It worked really well. Came with a portable charger and I never had problems with it

Worked well for me and my boyfriend travelling for 10 days using just our cell phones. Was in our hotel by the time we arrived, and easy return. Battery never ran out in any particular day and we just left it to charge every evening.

Will use again next time I visit Japan. Thank you.

Speedy delivery and easy return (via tracked, pre-paid envelope). Spare battery pack provided with the unit. Simply wonderful.
Great customer care - we had to cancel our first order due to the typhoon.

Perfect operation, easy to use, pick up and return very simple.
Competitive price, recommended if you want to have a secure and reliable network.
