Have been using this wifi since 2015 till date.

Good service and worked as expected.

Great service! I was very content!

Very reliable all over Tokyo and even to our out-of-town trip to Hakone.

We arrived at Osaka (Itami) thinking we could rent out pocket wifi on the airport, but we had some problems to find where. Then, we find Japan Wireless website and we tried to order it via web, and it was the best decision we could take. Easy to order, nice price, nice service and fast shipment to our hotel adress. We will recomend it for sure to every people who travel to Japan!

When I put my comment on Google map, I used 4 stars instead of 5, and the company asked me what they can do to get better. Well, I have no idea (I just put 5 when I have a "wow" effect). I think the service is fast, easy, it works fine and in the latest versions, the WiFi last for the whole day, even if I use maps often. And you have a power-bank too.

To be always online when traveling in Japan is very helpful to translate written information etc. or just to check a timetable or finding your way with an online map or while driving a rental car.

thanks so much. It works very good.

Booking and collecting the device was an easy process and the Wifi coverage was strong throughout my stay.
Would gladly use the service again on my next trip.

The package was waiting for me at my Hotel. Speed was excellent and had no issues. It was better than the Hotel WiFi. I will definitely order again for my next trip!
