Hassle free and easy

Arrived on time with enough charge to use immediately. Trouble free use during my time in Japan and easy drop off

On our previous trip to Japan, we bought SIM cards at the airport but could never get them to work. This time we rented 2 Pocket wiFis and we’re able to stay in contact and use GPS as we explored the city. Great service, too!

excellent signal very good service and delivery to our hotel

Our Premium Wifi was delivered to our hotel in Tokyo and worked perfectly all over Japan on our three week trip. Japan Wireless we’re also great to deal with in 2020 when our trip was cancelled due to Covid…we were given a 100% refund with no problems, Thank You. Returning the Wifi at Henada was easy with the pre-paid envelope. Great service.

Arrived as scheduled at hotel. Wifi worked well. Highly recommended!

È stato tutto perfetto

So pleased we ordered this for our holiday. It was waiting for us in Japan when we arrived at our hotel. Couldn’t have managed without it. We had Wi-Fi available every minute and could use Google maps to find our way around effortlessly. It was easy to charge and operate and at the end of our holiday we just put it into the provided envelope and posted it in the postbox near our hotel. Excellent company to deal with.

I do recommend. In addition, the process to book, get and return is simple and efficient.

I can only review the online ordering process from the Uk - this part of the process is very straightforward. If pickup at the airport later this month and 2 weeks usage go as smoothly I will be very satisfied
