Just perfect.. we have internet the whole time!

From the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly.
SIM card came to the hotel before my arrival. The package included also clear instruction on how to set the settings on my phone.
Throughout the 15 day period I didn't lost signal even once nor reached the limit of fast Internet.
I'm gonna use it also next time!

I booked in advance and picked my device up at the airport. I put it to very good use on my 10 day trip. I proved invaluable while out and about sightseeing every day. Well worth getting and very easy to return by putting into any Japan Post box. You should invest in this to make your holiday hassle free from an internet point of view.

La réservation a été rapide et simple. Le tarif compétitif par rapport à d autres fournisseurs.
Je pars dans 6 semaines et espère que le WiFi pocket sera bien disponible.

Pocket wifi was very realiable and fast and it made it through the day without charging.

Perfect, very Usefull every where.

Easy to rent.
It Will be very useful

We used this little box for a week and it was fantastic! Great Wifi strength for the whole family (we had 4 of us al using it) and excellent battery time.
Easy to use. Easy to pick up - but make sure you remember to send back BEFORE you get through airport checkin!

Very affordable and fast internet

Japan Wireless made my wifi rental very easy. They gave wonderful directions and their communication was excellent. The pocket wifi was very convenient during my recent trip to Japan. Arigatou!
