The unit was waiting for me at the hotel and was easy to setup and get going. I put the unit in my backpack and had my US cell phone on Wi-Fi connection the entire trip allowing my family to stay connected. The connection speeds were great, even on the trains and in various small towns. The return process was just as simple - highly recommend and will use again.

Worked 100%. Only thing I could hve wishes for, was to be able to hand it in at the same point that it was picked up, at KIX airport. Had to run around to find a mail box.

Everything went 100% smoothly. Wifi worked perfectly in every location. Easy to pick up and return. highly recommended on this basis. Would be great pay for actual time rather than fixed time frames.

My flight to Narita was canceled and I had to fly into Haneda. Japan wireless was able to loan me a wifi because the one I ordered was in Narita. They canceled my late cancellation and only charged less than 800yen. I would rent from them again. Thank you

From the beginning to the end, everything went smoothly.
SIM card came to the hotel before my arrival. The package included also clear instruction on how to set the settings on my phone.
Throughout the 15 day period I didn't lost signal even once nor reached the limit of fast Internet.
I'm gonna use it also next time!

I booked in advance and picked my device up at the airport. I put it to very good use on my 10 day trip. I proved invaluable while out and about sightseeing every day. Well worth getting and very easy to return by putting into any Japan Post box. You should invest in this to make your holiday hassle free from an internet point of view.
