For the week of honeymoon my wife and I had in Japan, this little device was of great help!. No connection issues , and speed was very fast throughout the whole trip. I will definitely rent again next time I visit Japan!

Excellent product, except the time to charge battery, it takes too long to be have100% of battery ready.

Collection procedure is simple and straightforward. However, the router’s ID given doesn’t match with the router provided. I have to use the qr code to login instead. The speed and network were good and not much issue. Thanks!

Excellent speed and connectivity in Tokyo area and in Hakone. Device can run a little warm which can deplete battery if kept deep inside a backpack. Use an exterior pocket to maximize cooling and signal reception. Included battery for charging on the go was also helpful. Return process was the easiest of the countries we have visited so far. Would definitely rent again.
