Installed the eSIM before travel.
Turned it on in setting after landing.
Notifications started.
Seamless, easy, efficient, never a data or signal problem.
Did what I wanted.
Great

WiFi was fast for the most part. had some connectivity issues in the subway but overall very good. wifi lasted us the whole day and i didn’t need to worry about the battery.

The wifi hotspot never failed me, as far north as Sapporo all the way down to Kyoto. It would occasionally need to reset network connection, but this was quick and easy, and the battery life lasted much longer than expected.
On top of that, I got a free battery pack to recharge my hotspot on the long days when I did managed to run it's battery dry.

very good wifi box!

Super easy to use! Easy to find and return! Last a long time too!

Easy pickup in NRT airport after landing (coming from the US), kept us connected throughout central and southern Japan, good battery life on the devices, all necessary charging included in a slim, easy traveling case. Dropped off in a postal box in Tokyo to return!

Nos conectamos 2 personas, muy profesional, fácil de usar y super cómodo tanto para recoger como devolver al final

Delivered to our hotel, dropped off at airport on way out, worked perfectly the 6 nights we were in Japan.

The Japan wireless gave me good WiFi coverage anywhere I went in Tokyo. It also held a charge for most of the day.

Using a pocket wifi was very easy. Some will say it's a hassle since it is another item to carry or keep charged however my family found no issue. The pocket wifi was easy to bring around because it's so small and really does not take up much space in a backpack. It comes with an extra battery so when we were out all day long, we still had Internet access. I highly recommend using a wifi device for reliable Internet throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka (where we visited).
