Everything as promised. Ordered the device to the first hotel. It comes fully charged. Connection is a few seconds (2 iPhones). Strong signal everywhere during our 15 days trip. Even on the countryside. Return is a breeze. There are mailboxes at the airport.

A good quality device to use during my trip in Tokyo. Mahalo!

Easy to pick up, flawless to use, and easy to return. Highly recommend to international travelers (we came from the USA and relied on this for two full weeks in Tokyo).

WiFi quality was very good.
Instructions for pick-up and drop-off were easy to follow.
Customer service / warranty process (water damage) was very positive.

Super convenient pickup and drop of at Haneda. Worked perfekt. Even Teams meeting on Shinkansen.

Super fast, Great Service.

Very easy to order. When I arrived at the Tokio airport, i placed the order and by the time I checked in the hotel, the device was at the front desk.
Used it for 2 weeks and it worked flawless. We traveled from Tokio to Fuji, Osaka and Hiroshima and never lost signal or had any issues.

Easy to pick up and easy to drop off and worked flawlessly throughout our two weeki stay in Japan.

The procedure is simple

after I checked many devices, I decided this item as the best. at the moment it may be so.
