We used the Premium Wifi service for 3 weeks in May 2023. We travelled from Tokyo to Hiroshima and Miyajima via Mount Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Kobe and Hakone. The service was impeccable from taking possession to return the equipment to Tokyo airport. The signal was strong everywhere with a few normal exceptions when surrounded by tall buildings or in tunnels. The instructions were clear and simple and the battery life was more than enough (there was an extra power pack that we didn't need). Really, we highly recommend this service!

Easy to use while traveling all over Japan!

Wifi worked great, battery lasted around 8 hours. We carried around the second battery just in case. Would definitely recommend.
