Very good xp with your company, order un the morning, delivery in the afternoon at the hôtel.

Thks !!

The whole prices from receiving the equipment to returning was super easy. The Wi-Fi was reliable along with the speed. It’s totally worth it.

Product worked as advertised.
Easy to use. Reasonable price. Very convenient.

Provided external battery ensured power lasted a full day.
No issues or concerns with speed, coverage, or data quotas (truly unlimited).
Easily supported two phones connected at all times.

It was a last-minute reservation but the product was available for pick-up as promised. Finding the location took some effort (first time in Japan), I recommend getting familiar with the instructions ahead of time.

Great service and great product. Everything was so easy to do. You have great staff. The only issue was no service on Okinawa. Thank you for a great product.

Super affordable and fast internet, they even send the pocket wifi before the agreed date and time. Thumbs up!

Funziona perfettamente a Tokyo !! Semplice da utilizzare

I used this throughout my trip in 3 different cities and over the travel to each of those 3 cities. It worked great the whole time.

La pocket wifi a rempli son rôle parfaitement !
Très simple d'utilisation et très efficace

The premium wi-fi router has guaranteed to me and my partner a reliable internet connection through my trip in Japan. Morehover the battery life was very long. I kept my router on all the day with 3 devices connected and at the end of the day it was still on without using the external battery pack supplied.
Only two times is happened the router loss the connection; in that cases a soft reset of it has resolved immediately the problem.

The experience with Japan Wireless was amazing! We booked it for 14 days and had zero issues with it - we had a strong connection throughout our entire stay. Delivery was on time and the return was very easy. Prices are fair. Overall, we recommend the service and would use it again on another trip to Japan :)
