It was necessary to have wireless connections in Japan, and Japan Wireless was easy to use. The equipment was clean, and the instructions were clear. I was able to pick them up in Narita (Tokyo) and drop them off at Kansai (Osaka). Just look for the red postal box, easily found on the terminal maps. The only thing that was confusing at first was finding the office in Tokyo to pick up the devices. There wasn't a clear or large sign that actually said "Japan Wireless," so I had to find the Starbuck's that my confirmation email mentioned and just guessed that the counter across the way was the pick-up location.

We had great Wi-Fi anywhere in Japan The process of getting the package and returning it was flawless. Us four adults always had enough bandwidth to comfortably surf the Internet and communicate back home. We highly recommend this company.

I purchased 2 wifi’s when we travelled to Japan, one was recommended by a friend and this one I searched online, and this was the best option, cheaper than most that I even got 3 of them for the price of the other one referred by a friend. Choose this you won’t regret it, it comes with chargers, cables, return envelopes and labels with easy instructions and accessibility for dropoff.
