Really good coverage, we went from Osaka to Tokyo to Sapporo and travelled out to some rural areas as well, only drops out in tunnels which is understandable, good speeds anywhere we went, battery lasted long enough plus the battery bank is a fantastic backup just in case you are out late into the night too. will definitely get another one on my next trip to Japan

Easy to get your hands on, easy to give back and easy to use. Never had connection problems and service is really nice.

Overall, a good experience. There was a bit of an issue when I placed my order as it didn't say there was going to be another confirmation via email which delayed the delivery of the unit, but amount for delayed days was refunded. The wifi was fast and I don't think I was ever disconnected. Fully charged battery lasts the whole day so I actually didn't need the power, but it was good to have. Returns were super easy, instructions how to pack were clear and I just dropped it off before entering the departure gate at Narita. Definitely recommend and would use the service again

Overall great service experience.
The only downside is that the device did not look like the one shown on website pictures, what created initial confusion (is this really correct ?).

Competitive pricing to others, connection was consistently reliable indoors and outdoors throughout my travels around Tokyo, even with a few devices connected to the pocket wifi. Convenient return at the airport.

Efficient pick up, comes with extra batteries!

Whole process worked perfectly. Kit was waiting for me at Hotel 3 OCLOCK in Tennoji and my wife and I had no problems for our two week holiday.
You might consider looking at these new power banks that can be recharged by solar or movement.

The pocket wife coverage was very good. The instructions and packaging was super user friendly .

The pocket translator was delayed and sometimes could not translate images / words.

Only recommendation, to photo instructions on location of pick up sites in NRT and HND. The location was good but when you arrive in HND from an international flight, you have to navigate through the exit and have to take the elevator up and find the stand.

A photo direction would be extremely helpful.

The hotel (at which I had a confirmed reservation!) mistakenly returned the Pocket Wifi that I had booked to Japan Wireless. However, Japan Wireless quickly rectified the problem, and the device was there ready for me on the day that I arrived! Thanks JW Team! :-)
