Easy and smooth rental service!

A good help when travelling
Easy pick up at Narita airport and easy to get started. When we got of the bus in Tokyo 2 hours later there was no more battery - we did expect that it would be fully charged when we received it. A few times we lost the connection to the wifi - then we just had to turn it on again and connect to it.
