I love Japan wireless

I‘m happy I made the right choice with the service of Japan -wireless. During the week I booked always great connection in Tokyo, in August I will be back for a month and will chose the same provider. Picking up and returning the items was easy.

Fast and reliable internet service around japan

I often Visit Japan and i will continue to use Japan wireless. they give clear direction where to pick up the device and where to drop off. super easy to use and great internet connection.

For those that use more data than their phone provider’s international plan can provide I always recommend Japan Wireless’ pocket wifi. I found it to have the best internet speed for its price and did not limit your data usage. It was also very easy to pick up and return.

Worked perfectly for the week

It was our first time using such service and it was a great decision for us. The instructions were pretty straightforward - simply turn it on then register your mobile devices to the listed SSID and password. They also provided charger and power bank that came in handy during the daily use. The return process is also very easy: simply put them all in the provided, pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope and drop the envelope in the (red) Japan Mail Box (I used the one by the escalator on the Departure Terminal of Haneda Terminal 3). Highly recommended to anyone visiting Japan and we would personally use it again next time we visit Japan!
