Very good experience

I originally had a physical SIM from another company that did not work at all and their customer service didn’t open for another 3 hours. Within 5 minutes of purchasing this eSIM I had 4 bars of internet and was ready to tackle Japan’s subway system!

Really effcient and fast internet connection and it eas enough for 2 people. The price maybe a bit expensive, compared to e.g. 2 sim net…

I rented this for the kids if in case we get separated and would need to use google map or call is via wifi. The kids loved it! They were able to use their phones during downtime and were able to connect with their friends as well. It was so bad carrying it around because it was small. I highly recommend it!

The cost for four cell phones in a Foreign country for two and a half weeks is quite expensive, this device kept power all day most days and came with a backup battery for long days. We’ve grown accustomed to having data at high speeds and this package delivered. Even when we had trouble with the first unit, getting a replacement wasn’t too much trouble. I love the ship back method via Japan Post… easy. Love it. Thank you!
