This wi-fi works perfectly! We connected 3 telephones and never had problems! The drop off was very easy, we used the post box at the airport before leaving!!

This router provided excellent coverage for a family of 4 across lots of places all over Japan.

It was very good value for a 2 week trip and the collection / return were very simple.

It's my fourth time using Japan Wireless and I'm satisfied as always. Only problem was that the power bank provided couldn't be connected to the WiFi even using other cables. Other than that, no problem.

Everything perfect from the moment of collection to the moment of return. Excellent battery life. Only two or three times there was no signal but for a short time

The WiFi was delivered to the first hotel I was staying at. It was there for my arrival. Easy to use instructions. We travelled quite extensively and WiFi worked very well at all times. The battery had a decent life to it and there was a good back up as well. The recharge time was good and made a first time trip so much easier! I am an English speaker and having this WiFi made the trip much easier to allow me to utilise apps to show respect to the culture and language. I can’t wait to return and Japan Wireless will be my go to provider as it was good value for money and easy to return as well.
