I was very satisfied with this product. It was easy to pick up at the airport, and it was great that it came with a charged battery pack. I never had connectivity issues. I was able to use this in Tokyo all the way to Aaomori. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Japan.

I have no problems with this mobile wi-fi. Very good coverage anywhere I go in Japan. Will rent the pocket wi-fi again when I go to Japan next year.

Worked perfectly

The device worked perfectly in a 3 weeks travel across the country. Great experience!

Very handy to have. Definitely need the portable charger as the gadget does not hold a charge for a full day. We did have problems getting a reception when we were attending the sanix rugby tournament at the global Arena. Free Wi-Fi is available in most areas but having the portable Wi-Fi kept us all connected.

I flew into Tokyo and then flew to Okinawa. The pocket wifi worked great at all times. The only thing would be easier tine picking it up there was a huge line with only 1 poor guy working and the battery only lasted about 4-5 hours after being charged fully. But other than that it worked like a charm and was worth the money. If I do go back to Japan, I'll definitely be using it again

We picked up the portable WiFi after we arrived at Narita Airport, and it worked great for our 3-week stay! A few times it would falter but we just restarted and there was no issue. The WiFi worked well everywhere that we travelled, all over Japan, even in the mountains. So nice to have access for translation, finding restaurants, maps, etc.
