Reliable, efficient and easy pick up & drop off

Much needed in japan the service was excellent and the reception was brilliant and consistent. So easy to pick up and drop off and they even include a extra battery for long days!

Everything about this service was superb. I had pre-ordered, the set up instructions were clear and easy. Having this product made my visit so much smoother. Probably the hardest part was locating the pick up at Narita but after asking it was easy to find in the 4th floor.

I was in Karatsu, Hiroshima and Tokyo and the internet was so fast and easy to use. Thanks for the service and is the 3rd time I use japan wireless.

The pocket wi-fi was ready to pick up at the airport with no problems. Easy to connect and use without having to worry about sim card compatibility issues! Enjoyed the fast speed and extensive coverage, and played my games and videos with no issues. Would use JW again!
