EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECT ! EXCELLETN SERVICE

Despite recommendations, I did not plan ahead and setup a portable wifi rental. Two days into our 9 day trip, our phones were over the monthly expected use, causing them to go really slow. I went online and signed up with Japan Wireless and they delivered it to my hotel the next morning. It worked great in Tokyo, Osaka and the places in between. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and easier to return, just toss in the envelope and drop it in the mail on the way to the station. Works as advertised in a world where few things do.

5 star service and experience renting Premium Wifi device. Easy to find and collect the device form the Kiosk at HND airport, no faults using the device over 2.5 weeks all over Japan, good speeds and coverage. Super easy to return at the Departures terminal too. Would highly recommend and choose again on another trip.

The pocket wifi works very well, even in the subway and travelling. Never ran out of battery during the day.
