We found our wireless device to be convenient and reliable. Every so often it disconnect but the majority of the time our internet worked perfectly. We did have an issue with two of our devices initially but Japan Wireless had replacement devices sent to our hotel without an hour or two so we really appreciate their prompt response and help in rectifying the issue. We would definitely use them again

I used Japan wireless premium WiFi while visiting Osaka, Kobe, Nara and Tokyo recently. This is the second time I have used this service and it never let me down once. Highly recommended 👌

Product was excellent. Used it in Nagoya and Tokyo, family of 5 with laptops phones and tablets, no interruption and battery life long enough that didn't even have to use the power bank.

worked like a charm no problems unless we separated as one of us carried the wifi pack . delivered to hotel and easy to post back in pre paid satchel couldn’t have been easier thanks from two Aussies. will use again 👍

Good price and solid WiFi coverage! Best for two people that are actively using Google maps, IG/TikTok (slow to upload; therefore upload pics but wait for videos as it has slow periods in congested areas), and Google Translate. It’s slow if you try and play games though like Squad Busters or Master Duel. If you want to play games, in addition to the prior, I’d recommend each person get their own. Thank you!

Ordering and pick up was a breeze. Unit provided fast connections for our three devices. Battery easily lasted all day. Drop off was easy as well at Haneda.
