Solid service, more consistent than the WiFi box hot spot. Wish it had 5G for 10GB/7 days plan

Very convenient to use

Wi-Fi worked perfectly my entire two week trip. Usually had to recharge once a day in the afternoon but you can still use it while it charges. Would use again!

Super easy to use and super reliable. Japan Wireless made it so easy to travel around Japan and stay connected.

I was really delighted with the mobile wifi solution. It never let me down during my entire trip. Well worth the price. Pick up at airport very smooth and really easy installation. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

It worked perfectly as always

The east of receiving and returning the item was superb. The connective and service of the device was awesome and had no issues, it took the stress away of having access to internet. I would definitely utilize the device and service again.

Excellent experience. Device was there at hotel check in and easy return with included envelope to drop at post office. No issues with WiFi connection anywhere in Japan. Highly recommended!
