Great service! Internet connection is fantastic everywhere - even on the top of Mount Fuji.

Pocket WiFi was fabulous. My daughter and I were able to easily travel around Japan using google maps.
We could also both use it at the same time all over Japan. At one point a fellow traveler was having problems using WiFi on his Japanese phone and he was able to use ours.
We were able to use it all day and recharge it overnight but it was also reassuring to have a back up battery although we didn’t need to use it.

Works perfectly, had no problem with it. Will surely use this again for my next trip in Japan !

From ordering online, Japan Wireless answered my questions promptly and clearly. Delivery was stress free. Coverage was A1 and pocket WiFi’s stayed charged for long days! We never had to use our back ups, despite having them. We returned devices to Narita airport stress free. Would not hesitate using again and recommending. Thank you Japan WiFi. Five star in every aspect!

Have been using Japan Wireless for the past few years. Always delivered on-time, is easy to operate and carry with us wherever we travel across Japan, and delivers reliable broadband at a great price. Thanks Japan Wireless!
