Very good service

It was just fantastic to have good connection wherever I was!
Pickup at the airport (post office) and after my travel throwing in a mail box!
Easy and convenient! Will do it again!

Every description was accurate. It was waiting for me at my hotel as promised. Setup could not have been any easier. And great battery life.

This is my 3rd time using Japan Wireless and never had any problem, delivered in time at my location (hotel) and 100% coverage (used it in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka).

It was an easy process. I didn't need the Wifi when we first got to Japan, so it was very helpful that Japan Wireless has other options besides picking up at the airport. I lived in an Airbnb, so the Wifi was sent to the post office. The Wifi worked well and the extra battery was also helpful since we use it all day long. I just put everything back in the envelope provided and put it in the postal box at the airport before we left Japan.

The pocket wi-fi from Japan wireless worked perfectly during our 12-day stay in Japan. Easy to use, just charge and bring with you. We used one unit for 3 people. It was at the hotel at arrival and we just mailed it back before departure.

Everything was as easy and convenient as advertised. Pocket wifi worked great. Would recommend.
