Simple and uncomplicated. The device worked without any problems during the entire period. Thank you very much!

Very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. The product quality is excellent. I highly recommend this product.

The whole process was great! Pocket wi-fi was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. Easy setup & worked well throughout my stay in Japan. Easy return. Price was OK

The unlimited wifi was more than enough for our 8 day trip. It was very reliable for two people.

Thank you.

Everything perfect. Delivery and use. Always online, it just discharges the battery.

After a delayed start due to communication and delivery challenges My pocket wireless arrived and worked flawlessly for my 3 week visit. It made exploring, navigating and communication in Japan a good experience.

Was the easiest method from picking up to returning. Just kept in from pocket everywhere I went and we had Internet for our entire trip. Will use this service exclusively.

I'm very satisfied with the service. The connection was stable and fast throughout the entire rental period, and the battery lasted all day despite heavy use. The pick-up was smooth and quick, and the return process was very convenient.

My 2nd time to rent from your company and was satisfied again with the service and convenience. Was able to make a last minute change of pick up location. Will rent again!

Easy to use and set up.
Battery lasts almost all day, spare battery pack was used about 3 times during the trip.
One time link up would not work or reset, so had to call the phone number in the paperwork to sort problem. Unfer instructions over the phone I had to take off the cover and press a reset button inside the unit. Other than that all worked well and returned via postbox at airport. Quick confirmation of return. I would recommend and use again
