I was in Japan for a two week vacation and had purchased two separate e-sim apps that never worked. Used this portable WiFi router in Tokyo and Kyoto, and it worked great. Strong connection, long battery life, and an extra battery pack included. It was small enough to fit in my purse, easy to set up, and priced at around $90 for two weeks—definitely worth it.

Devices worked well, and were not heavy or bulky. As I use multiple phones, it was very helpful.
