While I had some hickups of mostly my own fault, the staff were incredibly quick to respond and troubleshoot. The speeds and connectivity were good in most urban areas and even many rural ones and the price reasonable.

Great wifi connections during our trip to Japan. Highly recommended!

Very reliable. . Long battery life.

Everything worked perfectly. We were 4 people that used it at the same time for 3 weeks and there was never an issue! Bonus how easy it was to return! Will definitely use again next time!

I am glad that I rented the WiFi while I was in Japan. It got me and my friends where we needed to go

The mobile wifi worked really well most of the time. Occasionally it would lose the signal and I would have to wait awhile before I could get a connection. All in all I was satisfied with the service.

It was perfect. I am happy

I get a 7 days SIM for my wife in order to split for a couple of days in Tokyo, the SIM works flawless, there is no better deal than this and I strongly recommend it... I probably going to get 2 for 14 days next year.

It worked perfect well while we were using it for more than a week. This is our second time and will use it again next time

The best pocket WiFi I’ve had in Japan. I had connection all the time. I also liked the long battery life.
