Flawless!
All we can say is THANK YOU. Saved lots of money and time.

VERY EASY TO SET UP, CONNECT ,KEEP CHARGED AND USE

The WiFi was reliable throughout our travels in Japan. We would recommend to anyone looking for WiFi service.

Function perfectly, where at the hotel, when we arrived and put it in the mailbox at the airport. Smooth.

This device was a godsend. We didn’t need to worry about roaming and paid a flat fee for its use while in Japan. I would charge it overnight and use it all day the next day. By the time we went back to our hotel room at night, there would be about 10% battery left. The connection was a bit spotty in the more remote mountain areas that we went to, but we were never without connection for too long. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in Japan.

smooth transaction as always

Ordered this for my trip. It worked great. Will definitely order again. The battery pack was a plus. Thanks again.

GOOD CONNECTION. OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS DURING THE ACTIVATION, IT WAS NOT INDICATED IN THE INSTRUCTION WHAT APN-NAME TO USE, WE EMAILED THE TECHNICAL TEAM WHO ASSISTED US BY GIVING THE APN-NAME TO INPUT.

Great device. A bit pricy.

Japan Wireless is a dependable provider.
