Ordered it when arrived in Hokkaido and as drop shipped to Hotel within 48 hours and dropped it back into postal box night before I left and easiest experience while traveling I ever had!!

Used on a eight day trip around Tokyo area, never had a connection problem. The extra battery pack was great and it was easy to pick up and drop off at the airports.

It comes with everything you need. You're always connected when traveling around Japan. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Picked up pocket wifi at hotel easily. Pre-addressed envelop to mail back equipment--very convenient. Great experience overall.

This is really a fantastic, convenient service! It was my first time exploring Japan on my own, and the wireless wifi device was perfect for me. It enabled me to use google maps for directions, web access and messaging to friends who were visiting Japan the same time I was. The only problem was finding the post office at the Narita airport so I could pick it up and drop off. I highly recommend getting this while you’re visiting!

The pocket wifi worked great and had a pretty long battery life. Three of us used it for 2 weeks while traveling around Japan by train and we only had to plug in the extra battery once. However, we were very grateful the extra battery was there. Although there was free wifi available on the trains and in the hotels, other travelers often complained that the free wifi didn't work very well. I highly recommend getting a pocket wifi for traveling around Japan and Japan Wireless made the process easy. The price was also very reasonable.
