We've rented a pocket wifi on our previous visit to Japan and it's made the trip a lot easier, so we didn't hesitate to make a reservation again. One thing is a bit confusing: according to FAQ, the package has to be returned before 12:00 on the day after the last rental day, but the reservation form asks specifically for the "return date" and not the rental period.

Service was awesome, on time delivery of the unit to my Hotel and no issues with connectivity throughout my rental period.

I used the JW pocket wifi for the second time and everything worked fine as expected. On time and reliable delivery to hotel. Very easy setup, adequate battery performance (2 users) - makes holidays in Japan much easier. For my next visit I've already ordered a SIM card to check the coverage etc. It may be easier as you do not have to carry an additional advice.

Best and reliable internet connection

It's our first time to use the portable WiFi on our vacations in Japan. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience with Japan Wireless. The device was posted to our hotel before we arrived. It was very easy to use (plug in and go). During our trip, it worked perfectly all over. The service from the company was very quick, professional and friendly. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again in future when we come back to Japan. Thank you.

Long lasting battery, excellent signal, light weight and great to have an external battery for emergencies. Even though I never needed it cause the battery ir self last all day !!!
