I ordered a mobile WiFi and had excellent service ordering the device.

I missed my other booking of my wifi device in departure airport in Singapore, book the wifi router from Japan wireless while in transit airport and Hongkong. 4 hours later in Tokyo, voila all ready for me. Super efficient.

We spent 10 days in Japan and without internet we would have been lost. JapanWireless was a great choice: it came in a package with instruction, with an extra power bank. Easy return method. Great service.

Ordering was easy and communication regarding the order was great. We organised to pick our up at the hotel which worked out fine, but it would have been better to pick up from the airport and have wifi available on the way from the airport to our hotel to help with navigation to the hotel. Setup was easy and quick for most of our devices (we had 6 connected at various times). We did have a bit of bother with one iphone when it was also connected to a vpn, but we werent sure if it was the vpn or the wifi. Drop off at the airport as you leave is very convenient. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use japan wireless again.
