Easy to set up. Great connection and speed. Would recommend.

Es algo sencillo de agendar y regresar, la envian con power bank, cable cargador y la pocket.

Nunca me falló y la pila le duraba hasta tarde.

Lo recomiendo al 100%

Y es comoda de cargar.

My wife and I used pocket WiFi for our three week trip from the UK to visit our son and daughter in law in Sapporo. By around 7pm-8pm we would have to connect it to the power bank as two users would drain the battery quicker. The only time we list connectivity was during the more remote areas of our Hokkaido road trip when even the locals list their internet signal! A great, cost effective value for money solution - we will definitely use this again

Everything was smooth

My experience with Japan Wireless was seamless and so easy. I did the rental in advance online and the WiFi was ready for pick up at Haneda Airport when I landed. The service/coverage was very good and I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend Japan Wireless mobile WiFi.

super easy to setup and zero issue while in Japan - great signal everywhere we went - highly recommended

It’s a great product

Love the convenience of picking up at our hotel and dropping into a mailbox at the airport. Troubleshooted a problem almost immediately and it worked well after that.

Never lost internet connection and was always fast during my 15 days trip.

I only rent my hot spots from Japan Wireless because of the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the products
