Great service throughout the holiday

I used their data service 20gb 30days for my 16-day trip in Tokyo and in some other cities in Japan. Easy to set up and I had no problem! Highly recommend!
(*I didn’t use the service of text message and voice calls. )

I used Japan Wireless premium wifi for 3 weeks in November 2024, and always had a connection. It performed as expected, which all you can hope for

I have tried a couple different pocket wifi's. Japan wireless was faster and stayed connected the whole time I was in Japan. My connection never slowed. I had my hotel return the device for me so it was even simpler than expected.

This was exactly what we needed. We picked up with ease and was able to post the set back to the company as we left Tokyo. The set up kept us connected to the internet non-stop for the duration of our trip. Would highly recommend
