Very easy website, received my confirmation immediately.

Portable WiFi rental came with a case with Wifi unit, cable, charger, and portable battery charger. It also included a pre-labeled package to return in the mail. WiFi unit usually lasted the whole day. It was reasonably priced. I would rent from Japan Wireless again.

Easy communication, prompt delivery to my hotel - arrived the day after I ordered it. Comes with a battery pack and charger which was very thoughtful. Return was simple and instructions are clear, I placed everything in the provided envelope and dropped it off at the airport postbox on departure. The wifi unit itself worked flawlessly wherever I went and lasts the whole day. Would definitely use this service again next time I visit Japan. Highly recommended!
