From reserving, picking up, connecting and returning the device, it was the most convenient process ever ! We were never without WiFi! I will continue to rent pocket Wi-Fis from here every time I visit Japan.

Our family of six made good use of 2 portable wifi sets during our trip to Japan. When the batteries were running low, we used the batteries that were provided and had no issues for the duration of our travels. We really liked the easy return (pre-paid/pre-addressed envelope to drop ok the airport mailbox). They really made it easy!

The ease of use was awesome! Upon check-in at my hotel, they informed me that my mobile Wi-Fi’s were in my room already :) the only thing that wasn’t that great was the portable chargers- they didn’t give a full charge for my iPhone so I’d advise to bring ur own, other than what, the Wi-Fi’s worked perfect! Would definitely rent from them again!!

The site is very clear

Cheaper than the others. Battery last more than a day. Good signal. Will rent again the next time.
